Scale: SCP 14 – 19 (Subject to job evaluation)
Salary: £23,080 – £25,481 (FTE, Salary to be pro rata)
Contract: Permanent
Working: 37 hours per week / 39 weeks per year

Northern Education Trust Kearsley Academy is seeking to appoint a PDC Manager (Personalised Development Centre)

The successful candidate will work as part of the Personalised Development Centre team to promote the learning and welfare of vulnerable students and to manage the PDC. Our Personal Development Centre (PDC) is designed to identify children in the academy that are at risk of poor behavioural choices, or are experiencing high levels of exclusions, and provide welfare, support and interventions.

Our PDC Manager will be able to track student progress and concerns, liaise with both students, parents/carers and other professionals and provide interventions and supervision to students.
